The introduction of a quality management system as well as the implementation of application guidelines in the field of welding, testing and coating technology are often still carried out using pre-written manuals or other specification documents. In many cases the practicality and applicability of such documentation goes unchecked. As a result, the written guidelines have no long-term applicability, and can be implemented only to a limited extent - often just proior to an audit. It's not about something happening, it's about why and what for!

Analyzing existing documentation and procedures, investigating the applicability of such, and finding workable solutions for the company and the employees are challenging tasks. My knowledge and experience allow me to put programs and documentation in place that are characterized by transparency and present specific goals (milestones) in the course of the project's progress.
